Zygomatic sandwich osteotomy sounds tasty gonna do that one day tbh. Why I haven heard of it until now idk, imo it is better than zygo implants, even though it doesn't increase the mass and height of zygos.

The lefort being risky with an inexperienced doctor is the reason I haven't been looking to out of country surgeons, aside from switzerland and germany etc but they seem to be as expensive as the US ones

Sandwich osteotomy is nowhere near as dangerous as a box osteotomy or orbital expansion - more categories needed.

I don't think that leg lengthening is dangerous at all either

I'm worried I'm gonna need work that involved orbital such as lefort 3 the more I look at myself and this forum, not the obsessive parts just the logical ones to actually improve perceived looks in the real world, the more I realize I really need a full bimax and maybe more

Will a surgeon come to the same conclusion though? Difficulty is getting a surgeon to agree.

So far I've been talking to maxiofacial surgeons and one plastic surgeon in newport beach. The newport guy is recommending fat grafts but he seemed to understand my concerns about my midface. The maxiofacial surgeons have had one tell me he would do a lefort 1 and the other said he wouldn't recommend anything regarding osteonomy. I'm waiting to hear back from dr Gunson also and I have an appointment in July. end of the day I fear that none of them will agree to a lefort 3. Hell I don't wanna go that hard either but I don't think a lefort 1 will cut it.

I mean you can always go to some hellhole like India but I wouldn't because if something goes wrong you are screwed. No proper laws in those kinds of places. Feel free to send me photos.
