Well counting calories is legit. But of course u Only need to be in a 100 to 300 calory surplus to get gainz. No dirty bulking which is borderline retarded lol

IMO lifting is a joke without roids if you didnt do physical activity growing up and ate well. If you do that you already have the foundation

The point of my post was that you shouldn't believe anyone on the internet or more specifically a forum. You can learn everything you need from scientific studies a luxuary our ancestors didn't have. So if you're still sucking down these myths in 2015 you're a cretin end of story. All it takes is a few minutes to see if science actually supports the claim of an aspie or not. Also use common sense. Our ancestors didn't sit around counting calories or making sure they ate every 2-3 hours yet they were way thinner than us. :lol:

It's pretty simple. Counting kcal works great though... It's not normal to lose weight you will always naturally want to maintain, whether you are enjoying doughnuts or celery sticks.
