i do mostly zazen but guided meditation is very relaxing and much easier for sure
it should come naturally with time but for me what helps is focusing on not moving a single muscle (without tensing them ofc) and trying to slow the rhythm of your breathing. for example, it should take a few seconds before you inhale and a few more seconds before you exhale, and you try to increase the time without forcing it too much - just being conscious of it instead. needless to say ur also supposed to inhale more deeply than if you were breathing normally. idk if that would work for the kind of meditation proposed by op, though, since he said u don't focus on your breath during this type of meditation.euthanasia connoisseur said:i cant relax ima ticking time bomb

i think you need to literally kill yourself with medication to have 0 thoughts i guess im too blackpilled
