Women know that men can't respect them in the workplace due to their shorter stature, smaller frame, and higher pitched voices. They make up for this with a micromanaging style of leadership, and are focused primarily on whether or not they are respected rather than tasks being completed effectively. They will use fear tactics rather than actually compelling you to work.
Women are also very insecure about how they appear to their subordinates (I had a pregnant boss recently ask me if she 'looks fat'), while men tend to not care as much due to the effects of testosterone. Women just don't have the physical presence to make good leaders, men can't take them seriously and they are insecure about it.
The only reason women are promoted by companies to leadership positions is for their sex appeal
