Why does my hair fall out after working out?

everyone naturally sheds lol. the average normal person who isnt balding loses 100 hairs a day. it happens. Exercise creates sweat which can carry hairs out of the follicles and the exertion can cause you to shed a bit more. You may shower as well afterwards(i really hope you do) which is where most people shed most of their daily hair.

Weightlifting = more blood goes to your muscles; less blood to scalp = hair more likely to shed. When I lift, my face looks more chiseled.

Or could it be the surge in testosterone/dht damaging the hair follicles and making the face appear less bloated?

Doubt it. In such case, men would go completely bald in weeks/months.
