I see some aspies popping a ludicrous amount of supplements in the hope it will turn them into a supreme chad. Obviously, the vast majority of them have very little impact... but which, if any, supplements actually improve your physical appearance? For example, I found that beta carotene did, in fact, improve my skin tone and "glow". Are there any others that you would recommend and what do they do? Isee a lot of people taking zinc supplements, what do they do?
