What makes a smile aesthetic?

I have huge horse teeth, relatively wide palate, but when I smile my bottom lip completely covers my bottom teeth. And only part of my upper teeth are shown.

I don't know if that's good or bad, but I sure as heck am glad I don't have anything even close to gum exposure.

smile has to be wide. the more teeth are showing the better, and it shoulnt be protruded.

Actually no, the smile ends should line up with the inner canthus

cope, the wider the better, assuming it has no horse-like protrusion.
Such a smile will make the striking facial features(chin/zygos) stick out more giving the sharp look
