Not much at all, but to us failed humans, everything. 

-Long term stable relationship
-Nearing that age to get married and have kids
-A stable car
-A job that isn't entry level
-A diploma 
-No addictions or childish habits like going to clubs every weekend and doing cocaine, trying to get laid
-Your own place

Most importantly; decently mature and NT, sexually experienced at least somewhat and emotionally stable.
