Train and train week after week but if your test levels arent above average then your gains will be minimal. You cant grow good looking sleek clean muscle mass without high test. You may grow a bit bigger full of water weight, but not good lean manly size.

Your neck traps and delts are directly connected to test levels. If you have high test then you can get huge round coconut delts from a couple sets of half assed side laterals. Huge neck just from supporting your skull. But without High test, your deltoids will never grow at all and your neck will always stay small and thin. Without high testosterone you will never achieve That Lean carved up look the all the women crave. You will never squat 450lb without breaking tendons and cartilage. Without high testosterone your gym efforts will never equate to being able to talk to women.

When you have high testosterone and you weightlift you will become even more low inhibition and start talking to every single woman that ever walks past you because your confidence is just through the roof.

You should not even think about starting a weight lifting routine unless the core thesis of your desires is to have high testosterone. High testosterone should be what you strive for and muscle mass should be a distant second. It's because testosterone offers so much and muscle mass only offers a little bit. It's testosterone you want.

If you want alpha/healthy sons, then don’t take steroids. Also you’re guaranteed daughters the vast majority of the time too.

Free test is more important than total T

If your T is all bound up in SHBG than it doesn't matter if you have a high total

Also androgen receptivity is a big factor.

You're taking a complex issue and saying if you change this one factor you will get big. No, most guys that go on gear with shit genetics you wouldn't even know they were on it.
