What's the best character creation tool in a videogame?

My favorite is Saint's Row 2





Nothing beats the ability to roleplay as whatever chad/alpha/slayer with whatever maxilla/jawline/earlobes you think are killer.

Agreed. for me WWE games. had so much fun making CAWS with them when I was young.
