im just gonna do sprints and at the end of the sprint do various calisthenics

and do that for maybe 40 minutes

should burn ridiculous amount of calories
sprint, do toe to bars
sprint, do pop ups
sprint, shadow boxing
sprint, burpees
etc etc
gonna get creative


or i could scrap this and just do a shit ton of calisthenics instead
