tomorrow im doing a 36 minute long interval workout

literally mma fighter tier conditioning routine
each interval will be one minute long and 30 seconds break in between

ive done one minute intervals for 8 rounds for bulgarian bag spins and 7th and 8th intervals start killing me reaching death intervals (reaching lactic acid limitations)

the trick with this 36 minute interval is that im going to mix it up

one interval-bulgarian bag spins left
second interval-bulgarian bag spins right
third interval-jump rope
fourth interval-bulgarian bag squat jumps
fifth interval-shadow boxing
etc etc

you get the idea
tomorrow is gonna be killer im prob gonna sleep like a baby afterwards and prob gonna help me get even closer to a ridiculous six pack
