Edit: If you lift more than 2 days a week you're doing something wrong. After you get your base aka 2 years natty and 3 cycles in you don't need to train more than 1-2 per week

Personally I think once a week is probably enough but 2 is plenty.

Train 4-5 days if you want gains and 1-2 for maintaining
