If he was vegan u would say "soyboy XD"
but since he is a carnist u say "cherrypicked tho"
why?
cognitive dissonance

A diet of carbohydrates, alcohol and estrogen-filled foods did this to him.
Imagine what he would look like if he only ate vegan products and no meat at all.

Most brutal video I've ever seen:
You should know these are mostly fruitarian vegans, same goes for all the ex-vegan interviewees sv3rige has on his channels.

They eat exclusively fruit, which is just sugar, and thus it is an extremely unhealthy diet.

Normal vegan diet has much less detrimental effects on health.

For example, check out this woman, who wasn't vegan, but lived mostly off tea - same symptoms.

Yes, I am aware of this.
However, veganism is still unhealthy and is just slightly better for you than a fruitarian diet.
And not all of the people in the video are fruitarians.

Anyway, it goes to show that vegans cannot survive without their fake, unnatural supplements and other highly processed food that acts to replicate meat.

Obviously you can get a good body if you use steroids.
But your brain will become damaged over time as you're not getting the saturated fats that the brain uses to repair itself.
Also, you're going to be devoid of the macro-nutrients, which will damage your health in the long term.

There's no reason to go vegan at all, aside from virtue signalling.

While it is true, that many vegans have to supplement their diet, predominantly B12 and omega-3, veganism is largely sustainable after doing so.

Vegetarianism is fully sustainable to start with.

The fact is, even with careful planning, vegans will still need supplements in order to receive their necessary vitamins and minerals.
This is a very clear indicator that a vegan diet is wholly unnatural and unhealthy for humans it should not be necessary to take drugs to survive with a natural diet).

Furthermore, a vegan diet inhibits the uptake of minerals, which further increases the chance that they will be nutrient or mineral deficient.
These anti-nutrients contained within plant foods prevent the uptake of the very vitamins that vegans are already deficient in.
Just lol.

  • Glucosinolates in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage)—can prevent the absorption of iodine, which may then interfere with thyroid function and cause goiter. Those already with an iodine deficiency or a condition called hypothyroidism are most susceptible.
  • Lectins in legumes (beans, peanuts, soybeans), whole grains—can interfere with the absorption of calcium, iron, phosphorus, and zinc.
  • Oxalates in green leafy vegetables, tea—can bind to calcium and prevent it from being absorbed.
  • Phytates (phytic acid) in whole grains, seeds, legumes, some nuts—can decrease the absorption of iron, zinc, magnesium, and calcium. [2,3]
  • Saponins in legumes, whole grains—can interfere with normal nutrient absorption.
  • Tannins in tea, coffee, legumes—can decrease iron absorption.

I have said, that most vegans will indeed require supplements, but that doesn't just automatically make a diet unhealthy. The consensus is clear:

The American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly known as the American Dietetic Association), Dietitians of Canada and the British Dietetic Association[6] state that well-planned vegan diets can meet all human nutrient requirements and are appropriate for all stages of life, including during pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence,[1] while the German Society for Nutrition does not recommend vegan diets for children, adolescents, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.[7] The American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics adds that well-planned vegan diets are also appropriate for older adults and athletes, and that vegan diets may reduce the risk of certain health conditions, such as cancer.
The vegans on those videos didn't follow a well-planned vegan diet and were indeed consuming food without regard for nutrients, which they ended up lacking.

The point is that a diet that requires supplements in order to survive is not a natural one, or healthy.
Also, the vitamins used by vegans are not all of the same chemical make-up as natural animal vitamins, and so this may affect health in the long term.

Where does this assumption come from?

There aren't many studies showing negative effects of vegan diets around, while there are many describing positive effects.
