It kind of just sits there tbh. So wouldn't forcefully pressing it up for a few hours a day and then the rest just having normal oral posture speeden up the results?

Yeah, some faggot on youtube said that he was forcefully pressing it up even more than what Mew recommends, for long periods of time (unspecified) and he noticed results in a few months... he was your age too.

Bone is living tissue so of course it has to respond to pressure being put on it eventually.. especially if You press hard for long periods of time
