Taking vit C supplements vs getting it from food

Is there any real difference? Been getting most of my vit C from supplements while eating a couple of oranges a day.

Just eat a ton of like 1-2 cups of broccoli every day. Apart from all of the other estrogen lowering compounds found in it, it has a shit ton of vit C

don't risk not getting benefits
food is always better
