nothing else,mark my words
Yes but social status is the backbone of it stillI think the vast majority of social anxiety goes away when you develop strong communication skills.
If you dont know how to stand up for yourself, you're going to have anxiety from the fear of someone confronting or talking shit to you at any moment.
If you dont know how to project your voice so you command attention, people will talk over you, and you will have anxiety from feeling powerless and incapable of asserting yourself.
If you dont know how to express good vibes, be enthusiastic, and crack jokes, you will anxiety knowing that you lack the ability to make people feel good around you. And if you cant make people feel good, they will NOT want to be around you. That creates a ton of anxiety socially.
When you don't take shit from people, know how to be confrontational, say what's on your mind wiith conviction, and know how to make people feel good, its VERY hard to feel social anxiety. Because no matter what environment you're thrown in, you know how to conduct yourself in a way that commands respect, and makes you likeable.
