Look at your face in the mirror and say:

My poor bones.

Keep looking at yourself and repeat My poor bones every few seconds. 

Take a nice, deep breath in through your nose, (or if you are ethnic, your snout) and out through your mouth. Then repeat:



My poor, poor bones.
