I'm desperate about my height, there's nothing I can do about it since I'm 22y, and I'm afraid that because of it I'll never get a gf, as most women like men who are taller than them. It's so depressing : I'm not only much below the average height for men, but also for women, being a white canadian.
Help me reddit, what can I do?

You can, as I say a bit too often, lift. You can have an awesome, enviable body at 5'1", and working toward that goal will be fun and give you a lot of confidence to boot! It's not a solution to all your problems, but it's a great first step. It'll feel like magic.
Don't listen to anyone who tells you your life is fucked, and there are certainly those on this sub. I am barely taller than you, I am a minority, and I am crazy old but still look like 17. And I have a great life in every way possible, including with women. I love being short and you can love it too!
