You do look narrow-shouldered, but it might not be a huge disadvantage.

Traps look really good. Not overdone, but good and full.

Take in to account head tho, which is well above average.
Shoulders like just under 18" bideltoid

Your traps visually dominate (they're high), which is bad. Work on your lats and delts. Do deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press. Hammer your rear delts like you want them to suffer, and add lateral raises. Make your delts pop. Also include a rowing exercise and get in the habit of pinning your shoulder blades to bring your shoulders back and out without flexing your traps too much.

Result: wider looking shoulders, delts that bring attention away from traps.

Don't just neglect your traps. You need strong traps to get strong.

Weight?

I'm slightly wider than you at 5'10 but I guess my head is smaller because it appears much wider.

Work on your delts and lats more, overhead press, lateral raises, rear delts raises and facepulls for shoulders.

Focus a lot more on weighted chin ups, pull ups, and pulldowns for lats. barbell rows help too but it's more for back thickness than width.

I naturally had narrow shoulders too but look much broader/wider since doing the above.

Sick trap insertions but your clavicular width is subhuman tier.

The way the traps are inserted high are making his shoulders look much narrower than they actually are. The best thing to do to make the shoulders look wider is to add some mass to the side delts. Apparently doing DB pullovers has made people gain 2 inches circumference to their ribcage too, that could make you look wider.
I've always done wide barbell pullovers. Is there a significant difference?
