neck : 15.5 inches
skull circumference : 24 inches
 shoulders ( i didnt understand this if your meant to measure from cavicle bone to bone or include muscle, i cut it off at bone): 19

Yeah 7 is about average. Its certainly not a bad measurement to have at your age, could be worse.

the top/back shape of my skull is exactly like this, though obviously bigger than his. and where r u meant to measure ur skull. I measured it at forehead around temples
