-Social interactions(increase dopamine)
-Risk taking behavior(increase heart rate, adrenaline, dopamine, testosterone, etc)
-Enjoyable hobbies(increase seratonin)
-Sex(increase testosterone, seratonin, oxytocin, etc)
-Cleaning up diet/killing bad guy flora(increases numerous neurotransmitters, reduces bodily workload, more energy)

Etc

But they do all require work on your part. A lazy attitude leads to a lazy mind and depression. The brain is designed to always accept new stimuli. So get up and go for a walk or read a book boyo.

-Social interactions(increase dopamine) ..... some people will get more anxious it's very mixed for legit depressed people

-Risk taking behavior(increase heart rate, adrenaline, dopamine, testosterone, etc) ..... just stfu will you, there are posters here who can jump out of airplanes yet they can't talk to strangers due to anxiety

-Enjoyable hobbies(increase seratonin) ...... there are pills for it you moron

-Sex(increase testosterone, seratonin, oxytocin, etc) ...... sex does help you, matter of fact is you are depressed BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T GET LAID

-Cleaning up diet/killing bad guy flora(increases numerous neurotransmitters, reduces bodily workload, more energy) ...... did that as well, useless

Take some drugs or drink some alcohol. You will still be depressed when sober, but I have found that it is better to only be depressed for half of the day instead of the entire day.
