one minute handsfree wall supported headstand
one minute tripod headstand balanced
one minute lying neck nods forward
one minute lying neck laterals
one minute lying neck rotations
50 reps of towel neck extensions + 40 more reps of seated neck extensions aka neck nods reverse
did yoga reverse corpse with head in both directions
then did neck rotations 7 rotations each side
