your 2 hours of cardio vs my 2 capsules of dnp

srs tho 2 hours seems retardedly inefficient. do some uphill sprint training for like 15 min, better results

3 x week 40min full body circuit of Chins, Squat, Press, Rows, Deadlifts with short rest periods between sets will get you far better & faster fat loss (and some lean body mass) than hours of useless cardio.

But hey, enjoy your treadmill/stairmachine...

Yup would be best to run fast as you can for like 30 minutes would get you better results than doing 2 hours of cardio.
