Honestly, if you're really serious about getting your shit together for once in your life. I could find a time on discord to explain you very precisely any kind of questions you might have in regard to: Aesthetics, health, looksmaxing, spirituallity, etc.

Not sure about the DNA thing, but the coffee is legit bad for you.
When your cells produce energy/heat, your body need to rest, the cells send a signal to the brain to tell it "I've done my job I produced energy", the more the brain receives this kind of information, the more your body needs to rest.
Caffeine inhibates the receptors of that kind of signal, erasing the fatigue feeling when your body really needs to rest.
It is a really bad habit for your body to drink coffee regularly, but doing so a few times when you really need it is not going to kill you instantly, as long as you're conscious that you need to rest.

And vegetables and most fruits are good because they're low calorie dense food. You cant get fat overeating watermelons or spinach and are satiating. But you sure Can get fat eating processed. food pizza ,burgers etc

Animal foods are THE most important aspect of a human diet. How can you be so well read up on health without ever reading Nutrition and physical degeneration by Weston A. Price? The most healthy tribes all over the world were the ones eating mainly or mostly animal products. We don't have the gigantic amount of enzymes that herbivores have. Human stomach acid is that of a carnivorous SCAVENGER! Not a herbivore! We are meant to eat meat raw and ROTTEN! Try eating some high(rotten) meat yourself. It will do wonders for your digestion.

Eggs: You mention that cooked eggs are indeed hard to digest but don't mention that RAW eggs are THE most easily digestible food PERIOD. It digests COMPLETELY in like under an hour. It only reaches the first small bits of the small intestine before being completely absorbed.

Milk: JFL at drinking pasteurized milk. Raw milk is a completely different food. The massai subside mainly off of raw milk and blood and some of them lived to 150 years old. Raw milk has been praised in so many cultures as life giving.

Colon Cleaning: I'm not sure what you mean by this but I believe you are talking about enemas. These flush out your bacterias and will thus cause bacterial deficiencies. It can take a long time to recover from it. Just like with antibiotics they can improve health short term with negative consequences long term.

Eating before sleep: Starving your body of protein will cause the body to start eating it's own cells. This releases all the toxicity stored within them. As your body deals with this new toxicity all detox symptoms stop, hormones are released and you might feel a sudden increase in energy from this. That does not mean that the process is good for you long term. Fasting degenerates you. With this in mind you should be eating raw meat right before bed AND wake up in the middle of the night to eat a small meal of raw meat again before going back to sleep for optimal healing. And to your point about it causing weight increase: JFL if you haven't realized that fat protects against toxicity and that being skinny in todays world is a literal death sentence. Being fat is GOOD. You're perhaps thinking of bloated estrogenic grain fat and edema of the typical diabetic american. When your only source of fats are raw animal fats your body will store them much more efficiently and "tighter". Even if you have the fat percentage of an obese person you will still have defined musculature. When I started the primal diet I gained >10kgs without exercising but my muscles were as defined as before.

You said you are going to try raw carnivore next year. Here you are setting yourself up for a failure because modern humans are WAY to toxic and deprived of enzymes and minerals to handle a carnivorous diet. Then you will fall ill and claim that raw meat diet is bad for health. If you want to give raw meat a chance you need to follow the primal diet by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. Start the day with celery juice, 1h later fatty raw meat with raw eggs, 1h later raw milk, repeat. You should also do "cheese trains" if you want the full benefit and to decrease detox symptoms. A raw carnivore diet is great for non toxic humans but that we are not. We need medicine in the form of celery juice, dairy and eggs.

They illicit detox by eating only raw but their diet provide no building blocks or fat to protect the body. Toxins are released but there is no fat to absorb them. The fastest way to remove toxicity is to eat fermented/rotten food including rotten meat and moldy berries(be extremely careful with the last one as it causes severe detox - max one moldy berry per day) while doing "cheese trains". In general you do not want to detox before you are fat enough though. You should have gained at least 7.5kg but preferably 15kg eating raw meat before doing detoxification protocols. Remember fat protects. That's why autistic people, people with MS and ALS are usually skinny men. Humans are adaptable.Go figure what people ate when the last ice age was at its peak.Eskimos are suited for high fat high protein diet while Africans are for example suited for more carbs.

As I said before it is HIGHLY advisable NOT to ONLY consume raw meat. You have too many toxins stored in you and you are too deficient in digestive enzymes. You need to consume celery juice between meals to deal with toxins and to supply minerals and enzymes for digestion. Raw milk with UNHEATED honey is great for weight gain. My entire family has commented on how much better I look even without exercising just from gaining raw meat weight. One guy even told me "Bro do you exercise a lot? You are quite muscular". This is from looking completely subhumanely skinny with a bmi of like 18-19 before the diet.
