My testosterone is above measurable limits, estradiol barely elevated

Just got my bloodwork back.

- Blood count is fine
- HDL (good cholesterol) is maybe 10% less than it was before - a bit low. Wasn't taking my niacin when I was tested.
- Total testosterone is above measurable limits.
- Estradiol is ~25% above the upper normal limit for a man.

I don't think I need an aromatase inhibitor but I have anastrozole 1 mg tablets on the way and will try the 0.5 mg every 2nd or 3rd day method just to see if I feel better in any way.

Feels good to see the test level so high. I'm always afraid of the placebo effect. But this Indian pharma oil I'm injecting is clearly the real deal.

Also still regrowing hair with RU, azelaic acid, red laser, and needling. Temples are moving forward. Corners are filling in. Just very slowly.

He's injecting, dummy. At his age, the only improvement he'll attain is better mood and physique, but seems like that's working out for him well.

Niacin has no benefit. Yes, it will improve HDL markings on blood test, but that does not translate in improvements in cardiovascular outcomes. Well informed doctors do not give Niacin to their patients anymore.

I recall you saying you've naturally had a high hairline since a child. I'm assuming your hair growth regiment doesn't give you a lower hairline, right?

Yeah I still need FROST. I'm just regrowing as much as I can first.

Doubt its been studied specifically on people who are simultaneously taking steroids which suppress HDL. If you've got a better idea for low HDL on roids I'm all ears.

Niacin costs nothing and can't hurt.
