pullups (27 reps first set-25 second rest-7 reps second set)
toe to bars (16 reps first set-40 second rest-11 reps second set-40 seconds rest-7reps + 1 rollover + 1 forward roll)

15 feet monkey bar traverse forward and then backwards without dismount

time to drink some water and head to park for laterals and sprints


did this last night

one minute left arm dumbbell snatch from ground 22 reps
one minute right arm dumbbell snatch from ground 21 reps

single arm overhead press left 15 reps
single arm overhead press right 14 reps

dumbbell weighs 39lbs


see you fools in an hour

heading off to work on my footwork and cardio

lateral movements and sprints time

did two rounds of one minute jump ropes

did 60 double unders

did alternating jump rope swings for one minute each arm
