It won't ever go to supreme court because nobody cares about making things better for pedos lol. I'm sorry but even the people who fully agree with you are rarely going to be vocal in their support for fear of backlash and ostracization.fuckgoebbelz said:Disgusting and shameful laws.
That is a religious belief without any connection to reality. The laws against viewing CP being based on things like this makes them blatantly unconstitutional in the USA, we have separation of church and state, and I'm sorry to say it but even though these people think their religion is real it is not, they are psychotic, and they are violating the constitution in illegally enforcing laws that are based on their religious belief system.'When this began I didn't see the human beings,' Rice said. 'I came to realize that this is not a victimless crime. That each time an image is passed it renews the ... emotional damage.'
This matter needs to be addressed urgently. The fact is that the people who are involved with the CP hysteria are disconnected from reality, they are religious people, and they are violating the constitution in illegally enforcing religious laws. This matter should go to the supreme court, and they should be presented with the facts, including that these people believe in and make reference at their courts to a mythological CP industry that is part of the religious mythology of a cult, that they believe viewing pictures functions as a magical voodoo process when in reality it absolutely doesn't, that they construct fraudulent pseudoscientific studies and internally distribute them, and so on. They are clearly violating the constitution in allowing a pseudoscience religious cult to have power over the criminal justice system, and it is blatantly illegal, and the entire god damn criminal justice system should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for ever allowing their legitimacy to deteriorate to such an extent that they are accurately characterized as a religious cult.
It's time to end your god damn moral panic. It is blatantly, obviously a moral panic. It is inevitable that the history books are going to look back on your CP moral panic with shame, disgust, and awe that you could have ever been so religiously delusional, and the time for you to end it is now, if people are upset tough fucking shit for them we do not allow our government to humor religiously delusional people in the USA, we have constitutional protections against religious laws being enforced by the government and I god damn demand that this moral panic is abolished immediately, it is based on nothing but fraud and lies and its time to relegate it to its proper position, in the churches of a pseudoscience cult and the fuck out of the criminal justice systems of any first world country. If people are upset that their religion is not real they can go to a counselor, but the fact is they are delusional, that is all it comes down to, and it is time for people to stand up to them and say,
Hey people, your science is all fraudulent, you made up the CP industry, voodoo revictimization isn't real, you have no credibility. You are doing horrible things to people who have done nothing wrong, you are the bad people and you are violating the constitution in illegally engaging in this moral panic, you haven't a single shred of credibility nor legitimacy, it's time for you to start a church and get the fuck out of the government with your religion.
viewing CP is as much a victimless crime as viewing decapitation videos is. The people who think otherwise have a mental disorder and they need to be treated, or at least removed from positions of power. They have no legitimacy what-so-ever, they are literally religiously delusional, their beliefs are literally part of a religion and it is seriously illegal and unconstitutional for them to be enforcing their religious laws. They have as much credibility as scientologists do, they use nothing but fallacies, lies, superstitions, mythologies, magics, pseudoscience, ipsedixitisms, and so on. The fact of the matter is they are wrong, they are having a moral panic, they are religiously delusional and their laws are not only illegal and unconstitutional but they are accomplish nothing and ultimately cause more children to be sexually abused. When they try to argue against this they are as creationists arguing against evolutionary biologists are, they are literally a religious movement and they have no place in the government, their religious beliefs don't even deserve a presence in the government, they should be completely separate from the government, the first amendment prohibits the government from passing laws based on religious beliefs, the USA has separation of church and state, get these people the fuck out of the criminal justice system and abolish all of their illegal religious laws immediately.

The White House's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology said in a report released Tuesday that widely used forensic techniques may not pass scientific muster, and should be reviewed for accuracy.
Already, however, the Justice Department has said it rejects the recommendations from the report. "While we appreciate their contribution to the field of scientific inquiry, the department will not be adopting the recommendations related to the admissibility of forensic science evidence," Attorney General Loretta Lynch said in a statement to The Wall Street Journal.
Seriously there needs to be a thorough investigation into the criminal justice system by an establishment that is entirely separate from them and the government, with absolutely no conflicts of interest what-so-ever, because they are honestly a religious cult at this point in time and they are engaging in widespread Lysenkoism and so on, this is a matter that urgently needs to be addressed. The Washington Post published a story so horrifying this weekend that it would stop
your breath: “The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly
every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all
trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a
two-decade period before 2000.”
