It is easy to get feminized, misled, or botched by your local general plastic surgeon who probably just wants to get back to doing boob jobs and catering to the complaints of aging women. Plastic Surgery is about selecting the right procedure but that's unlikely when the right procedure is actually very obscure or atypical in the average cosmetic office.
