Can this be done?

Can testosterone blockers and estrogen supplementation like tranny's use make a male or females face more gracile or pretty?

Is this possible? Any before and after pics of men going through a sex change that proves hormones can change bone shape and facial features?

No once the bones are solid hormones can't change them, you'd have to get the bones shaved.

Why do men who take hormones and testosterone blocker for a long period look more feminine and gracile then?

I think the estrogen makes their faces store more subcutaneous fat and look softer and less chiseled.

Test and HGH can make even a skull with closed growth plates more robust. Why wouldn't the opposite hold true if you eliminate test, lower growth hormone, and then add estrogen?
