if i understand what he's saying, i liken it to this analogy:

would you watch a movie without a complication? i.e. if the world was perfect, wouldn't it be dull, boring and lifeless? complications make life exciting

REGARDLESS, all of this can be solved with antinatalism 

That doesn't seem to be his complaint, he thinks that creating a perfect world is somehow immoral.
