SKIN

-Keep yourself hydrated, drink 4-6 liters of water daily
-Use a pore strip on your nose every 10-12 days to get rid of blackheads
-Exfoliate regularly
-Use a facial cleanser/wash daily
-Moisturize face twice daily
-Face masks
-Aztec Clay facials
-Cold showers

that's all useless if you are low T, high E, prediabetic/diabetic, have high cortisol, smoke, don't sleep enough, etc
