1. you check your prolactine if it's high and you ain't on ssri it can keep you fat so you have to lower that, your dr will help
2. if prolactine is normal you take T3 and try to keep your hunger in check
3. if that sucked too then you take clen but that's a fucked up substance too

DNP is impossible to fuck up if you are smart and know what you are doing. Clenbuterol is dangerous PER SE, even terapeutic dosages can fuck you hearth up.
