basically an appliance like this

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23482270

This is a retrospective review of 5 patients (7 clavicles) who underwent clavicle lengthening by DO using a monolateral external fixator for clavicular hypoplasia. There were 3 males and 2 females with the mean age of 15 years (9 to 23 y) and mean follow-up of 35 months (12 to 66 mo). Preoperative diagnoses included Klippel-Feil syndrome, cleidocranial dysplasia with hemihypertrophy and torticollis, congenital myopathy and Noonans syndrome, and obstetric brachial plexus injury.

There's a whole forum dedicated to lenghtning bones

with the spectrum from
- arm lengthening
- finger lengthening
etc

Good find.

Funny enough, tranny forums have a ton of looksmaxxing information for women trying to make themselves appear more masculine and men trying to become feminine. They go way more in depth into skull structure and what makes a person look masc/fem than we do. We should steal their trannymaxxing info.

:lmfao:

Wtf, did they discover a way to lengthen their ramus yet? Do they mew?

there is already a way to lengthen the ramus. its called Distraction Osteogenesis, its what op is talking about with the clavical, it is just applied to the ramus and/or mandible

Yeah I know, it is also how LL works, but they will only do that to people with serious deformities and mostly on kids

Very interesting. Surprised we don't have more discussion about distraction osteogenesis here.
