Brewers yeast, I get an extra 2-3 hours of sleep when using this.

 It has been shown to help people having difficulty sleeping.  This is due to the Niacin and Vitamin B6 present in the yeast, which work together to produce the brain chemical seratonin, which is essential for restful sleep.

I've tried melatonin and theanin, doesen't do anything for me. Brewers yeast helps you get a deeper sleep and sleep longer. For falling asleep, keep a steady sleep schedule and sleep in a dark enviroment, don't get hyped up before bed, do something relaxing like watching series etc. Brewers yeast is for sleep quality.
