When youre nutrient deficient, your body either makes the nutrients itself or absorbs it at a higher rate


If you eat healthy food every day, you are absorbing near zero nutrients because you dont have any deficiency.

the times when i felt the most healthy were when i was eating utter shit and now i take 20 different supplements and can barley walk to the bathroom

that just means you digest kfc poorly, I said only eat food you digest well
digesting kfc well would mean you get bloated as fuck from the msg and your collagen would be totally annihilated by the added sugar .also your insulin sensitivity would be fucked
