this is what my stack is geared towards:

- clear skin
- low bf, that is easy to maintain
- good blood markers (RBC, cholesterol ratio, liver enzymes, etc)
- good gum / teeth condition
- reduction of overall inflammation levels
- slight T increase
- increased bone mineral density

I believe those are achievable if you take the right things consistently.
