Is stretching important for muscle growth?

Tightness in certain areas can cause bad posture which makes you more likely to injure yourself on certain exercises.

It's important to staying injury free and keeping you in the gym, but it has no direct impact on hypertrophy.

Stretch your sphincter out with BBC, you'll have great muscles! A side-effect may be you get PROLAPSED though.
