For most sweets like wafers they write there is palm fat.Very rarely i see palm oil written on them.
I saw somewhere online they can make palm fat by hydrogenating palm oil.But palm oil is dense on room temeperature,so there is no need for hydrogenation.
I just want to avoid hydrogetaing poison but cant seem to find one single wafers without this crap.
Is it perhaps,same thing written on two ways or what? :help:
