Is it okay to work same muscles everyday

Im too poor to afford gym membership
So I do all my work outs at home using bags and body weight
Im working my neck,traps and chest everyday
Is it bad if I do same excercises and working same muscle groups everyday?

I live in an small apartment with 3 brothers and my parents 
And none of us work we're living off government welfare

just do biceps, triceps, traps, shoulders and chest. when u get some mass on those muscles all clothes u put on will look godly on you.

Although shoulder excercise is very difficult to do without weights

I do the same. Potato bags, laundry basket with heavy stuff inside, you name it. I can afford a gym membership but I would rather not be in that type of environment. Same muscle exercises everyday are fine, but give yourself time to recover. You also need compound exercises; they are crucial for increasing bone density which also affects muscle mass. Not going to get into a whole scientific explanation 'cuz tl;dr.

Not working neck and/or forearms will end up ruining your aesthetics. And working core is probably one of the greatest means of becoming truly aesthetic.

Shoulders > traps > forearms > core > lats > triceps > back > neck > chest > biceps

Get a pullbar and stamp it on one of the doors if you can.  Can't vouch for Europe, but here in America you can order set of 2 40lbs adjustable dumbbells and a 100lbs barbell set for ~70$ with free delivery.  I bought all of that and I've made tons of muscle gains in 2 months.  

If you can't afford the weights, just get a pullup bar, find 2 stools you can do dips on and do pushs and handstand pushups against a wall.
