raising dopamine
lowering cortisol

starting next week i will only do activities that raise dopamine and lower cortisol

the parameters are the following
-sunlight exposure
-stretching mandatory because it releases dopamine
-parkour and dynamic movements to maintain coordination abilities
-hiking or trekking for nature exposure which reduces cortisol and raises dopamine
-activities must be low stress.  basically anything that raises cortisol such as high endurance or hypertrophy (that means no bodybuilding whatsoever yes it raises cortisol)

diet
-i will eat meat only once a week.  rest of the week i am vegan.
-i will eat oatmeal and almonds.
-i will consume dark chocolate every week.

this is a newage protocol im implementing to improve my mental health and increase dopamine levels

newage practices
-sungazing will be done twice a week
-breathwork will be done twice a week

Lolled at sungazing, but nodded approvingly at low-meat diet and avoiding heavy exercise, and being in nature etc. Along with stretching, consider self massage eg with a ball or foam roller, that's super relaxing.

I also recommend setting and achieving goals, sounds stupid but anything you perceive as a victory gives you great mood enhancement. Eg with exercise shit tell yourself your goal for the day is something very achievable which you can accomplish, then you feel like you've succeeded. If you have lofty immediate goals and always fail to meet them then you get stressed and autistic
