I don't agree. Round face = high testosterone (high FWHR), The bulldog phenotype, prone to a chubby/fat face due the broad facial bones)

You're talking about developmental test/estrogen ratios that affect bones

He's talking about circulating test/estrogen ratios from steroid use, which is what causes water retention and the round bloated faces you see on powerlifters

This is very confusing, science class all over again
