These are usually the requirements:

-Minimum bachelor degree
-Positive outlook
-Social and good with people
-A go getter
- Energetic "team player"

Doesnt matter if Its a simple office job, tradesman or a fucking doctor.

A l w a y s:

Social and good with people

Never forget that most HR these days are women.
It's literally like there's only 1% of HR workers are men.

All of these are required even if you are applying to be a 3rd shift security guard at some abandoned complex in the middle of nowhere. Lol @ doing anything else other than modeling/acting these days.

If a 8/10 white male has no college degree but was clearly intelligent how hard would it be for him to get a job do you guys think?

It wouldn't be that hard.  Most go-getter, intelligent people do well.  Example:  my buddy looks like a rodent and has a degree in philosophy with a shit GPA (i.e., his degree is as valuable as toilet paper), but he's sociable, upper middle class WASP, extremely intelligent, and works hard.  He began making 100k within 3 years of working for his current company and is now some kind of high level sales exec.

Just don't be a stupid baby and things will work out.  Lots of stupid babies out there in the world, though.
