A lot of people call masculine males hight t and framecel females high t. This would make framecel males high t, this doesn't seem right though. What is the truth who's high e and high t?

There are two factors which influence appearance.

1. Frame mainly by bones (probably influenced by Testosteron aswell)
2. Fat storage and mucle mass which is affected by Testosteron

Female framecel do not exist. Low Estrogen-females tend to have a linear body, which means that their ass and breasts are small, and no hourglass-figure.

Believe it or not, Testosterone has very little to do with body size.

This is a female framecel. She has small bones and little to know body fat. So she has low e and low t?

Wow, this is hilarious then. Does that mean that the guy on the top could have higher t levels then the guy on the bottom.

It's possible. But the guy at the bottom has higher fWHR so I doubt it. THe problem with testosterone is that it's linked to so many things including DHT, HGH, IGF-1, and estrogen which influence body size. Testosterone itself influences behaviour and FWHR. It's the other things that make you big framed and ripped.

If anything, a thin frame in women comes from low estrogen and a progesterone dominance. High testosterone in females looks like this:
