I fucked up my joints because of it. I will make them do natural stuff like push ups, pull ups, and never to failure or to get "pr's".


Just lol if you think nature intended humans to use a specific weight to do bicep curls, a specific weight to exercise your back delts, side delts, etc etc. It's all so retarded when you think about it.

good. lifting weights wont really change ur natural height and frame size and hormonal profile which is all that matters

just make sure they stay active thru hobbies or sports, maybe make them do some lifting of heavy stuff on occasion (humans had to move big stuff in the wild at times) like packed boxes etc

It's not healthy to dedicate yourself to training the way pro bodybuilders do. Obviously they have to do that to compensate for the ungodly hours they put in at the gym.

Powerlifting is fucking retarded. If you train for moderate volume and don't go heavy you won't hurt yourself.
