i made primitive jaw curling device

you put in on you lower teeth (assuming your jaw is not very recessed otherwise it will keep falling off your jaw), tilt your head backwards. stand very straight since weight will keep pulling your neck downwards. open your jaw VERY SLOW 

i just tried it for 30 reps, at beginning its not very hard but masseters get sore very fast if you do it slow. it hurt the lips tho. i can feel the pump, same one you get when doing biceps or other muscles, a real pump.

TMJ warning: jaw should never be opened all the way or even more than half the way since joints will be under massive tension, by opening it to half or less masseters will take lot of tension from joints, you can also keep hands on the weight and help yourself. 

i find 5kg to be quite easy and might experiment with more.[font=Verdana,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif][font=Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]
