Rather some money than no money. You could also buy lottery coupons with your life savings, but you likely won't win.

Only way to do that is by holding a good coin from the very start for years. People have became millionaires from $1000 investments before, but its very rare. Its much easier to catch a few 10xes in a row than a single 100x. This is a long game, crypto is still just at the beginning. As long as you stay on your toes making a few million in crypto in the next 10 years wont be very difficult as long as you have the patience.
