How to suppress hunger?

The closer I get to 10% bf the hungrier I get, even if I sleep well and eat protein. Shit's pissing me off.

I find it much easier to stay lean after cutting out liquid calories (i.e. protein shakes and milk). In fact, instead of having a shake just have a chocolate bar. Your body can't use more than 120 grams of protein a day anyway, which is easy enough to get from whole food. Also 1 or 2 big meals instead of grazing.
