Any actual advice trolling aside? How can one break his fucked brain and be low inhib. Maybe I need to cope a lot more or just be on meth 24/7.

You're high inhib introverted due to few reasons.

After you changed those you need to surpass your natural limits. You changed your brain and you must now fuel it.

i try to force myself out of my comfort zone every now and then. i feel like if you were to do that again and again it would actually change you for the better at some point

Yea I tried NoPorn thing, I managed to quit porn for like 2 months but recently just got back at it I am not doing very well and I am aware of negative effects of it (I lifetime masturbated to porn so yeah fuck me). I will abstain from porn.

Idk about hormonal injections I'd prefer not to do anything that could fuck up my body or inject anything. Maybe I can do T levels tests at local clinic and check if everything is alright first?

TRUE, that's the mindset I tried convincting myself into, however it's really hard for me to just not give a fuck about what others think. But this is probably the biggie, just need to somehow get it into my subconscious mind.

Good idea too. I plan on taking night/day walks around after I get my phone. Maybe that could change something in my brain, being outside instead of rotting inside my room.

Here's a story you might find useful.

A new guy started my year.
Knew no one.

Within a month, he had become one of the most popular people in the year.
Loved and respected by all.

How?

He started one-on-one conversations with everyone.
Just brief, nothing drawn out.
And greeted everyone he met.
Learned everyone's names.

This meant that everyone had good experiences with him.
So were more likely to create conversation with him.

So, how does this relate to you?
Well, if you're a naturally introverted person.
Force yourself to have small conversations with a lot of people for a short while.
Always be very friendly.
Remember names.
Greet people.

Once you've established yourself.
You can sit back and let other people approach you.
Giving yourself a lot more potential to be outgoing.

It obviously isn't easy.
That's why you have to initially force yourself.
But after that.
It'll become easy, as others will approach you, as the established figure.

what i'll sometimes do is just force myself to talk to people that i dont know too well, or like ask them for small things (like lending me a pen, or giving me chewing gum for example) even if i dont really need it. im trying to get rid of that "you dont need it that much, dont bother them"-mindset. i dont consciously think like that, but subconsciously i kinda do.
