An event that occurred today has gave me a grand new perspective.
Which will definitely affect my future decisions.

So, I had just arrived at my school to take the exam.
I had no friends there, as they weren't taking this exam.
I was aware that I would have to spend the next ten minutes standing like an awkward loser by myself.
Nightmare.

Suddenly, I saw a beautiful sight.
An autistic weird.
And how exactly was this beautiful?

Because it was someone to talk to.
Someone who was alone themselves.
And would probably be delighted that I was talking to him.

Later it hit me.
The way in which to never be alone.
Is to become friendly with loners.

Not "friend" friendly.
Just able to talk to them.

Whenever you're by yourself, feeling awkward.
You just look around and find the nearest loner.
And begin talking.

Guaranteed to never be alone in a large social situation.

Also, loners have no social power.
So there's no consequences for making a fool of yourself.

I've started to initiate saying "hello", "goodbye" etc.
For example, to gym receptionists.

I know what it feels like to be the person who's left stuttering after somebody says something to you.
So, I've started initiating things for a change.

It's quite fun actually, makes you seem more social, and there's no drawbacks or awkwardness.

This is true, in a sense.
You can control the situation as the social "alpha".

every conversation feels forced and fake

I am incapable of having fun with NTs unless I drink

Okay...
Then you shouldn't have a problem with being lonely...

Introverts are usually more genuine than NT people.
That's why conversations are usually better with them.
